Growing up as teenagers, a lot of us never seemed to care about eating healthy and right. At the same time, most of us never took the time to learn and understand the importance of eating well, and the implications of improper eating.   
  Today, as most of us enter mid age or even begin our retirement years, health questions and concerns are currently raised. Among all generations, it is the baby boomers who are most concerned about their health, and the ability to keep it good.

In the fruits section, you can get a quick bite without spending too much time on preparation.   Make it a point to include fruits and vegetables in your daily food intake and your body will thank you for it.
